I've lived here for years. I’m writing this review because this morning, I walked outside to leave for work to find my car missing. My parking decal was out of date as the new semester started, this complex had it towed. $250 to retrieve my car, parked where I live and have lived for years, as well as a missed day of work. Office staff smile, pull my lease to point to their parking policy, and simply tell me to come back after I get my car and get a new decal. Horrible ! I had a bug problem since the first day I moved in here. They took 3 weeks to come and decided to only spray outside the apartment and not inside. They don't give notice when they are coming into apartments as I told them once before to inform me. I have been charged 3 times for overages and I don't see how. I sat in my chair, and it instantly broke. The tub is stained and the toilets look a mess after just 1 week. They only have 1 dumpster so I literally have to drive around with trash on my car. To expensive, always checking your apartment, they try to overcharge you for repairs that are not needed or can be fixed for less than an 1/8 the cost. Gates always broken, internet sucks. Oh, and they tossed a friends aplication amd stuck me with a random person who only started drama. ( it was bad, dirty, loud, and had a prostatution ring going on)
Good when looking at distance from school and you have a little more freedom then being in the dorms. It has a decent pool area, workout room, pool room, computer room, and theater. Horrible when looking at prices. I moved there thinking I was going to save because that's what they told me, but that's not the case. I was saving more by staying in campus. Stop putting flyers on vehicles on campus!! It rained yesterday and your flyer is now stuck to my windshield!! If I ever look for housing near campus, I definitely won't consider living there!
BEWARE: These people make up bogus charges and turn you in to a collection agency when you refuse to pay.
