The Quarters is conveniently located close to campus, and it is very affordable (big plus for dad!!). My daughters seem to be loving their apartments, no complaints so far! Good thing my daughters read through their move-in packets and understood parking for visitors. I always try and park in a visitor space or outside the gate when visiting. RecommendedI love living here because of how close it is to campus (I walk, which saves so much money since I don't have to pay for a parking pass on campus), and it was a much cheaper option than many properties I toured. There's always things going on in the clubhouse where you can win prizes and get free food which is awesome because being a broke college student is tough haha.

RecommendedWas so fortunate to have found such a great place for my girls to live while at ULL. I always had a peace of mind while they were there. Any complaints were handled with courtesy and efficiency. Sure there are incidents anywhere/everywhere but I felt a safeness for them there especially knowing they had LPSD onsite security living at The Quarters.

Money hungry place. My 18 year old daughter is there and they try anyway they can to get more money. First they got her to renew the lease instead of checking with me who signed the lease. She has been wanting to move out. Now her lease expires in 3 months and that the only way to break it is to get someone to take over. We did and now they want to charge me $502 also. Stay away. Management I spoke to is very rude. Believe me you don’t want your student staying here.

Hi Lonnie. We understand that sometimes certain situations or opportunities arise and residents wish to break their lease before the expiration date. For that reason, we have a release policy included in our lease agreement that allows them to do so. There is a one time release fee that is required in order to break the lease early. I was very unhappy to hear that my grandson was living next to people that the police raided for drugs! Thais was very upsetting to me!

Paula, we completely understand your concerns for your grandson. While we cannot prevent all situations from happening, we do have several safety features in place at our property. We have a full time Sheriff's deputy living on site as well as a security company that patrols the property every night. Each apartment also has a silent panic alarm in each room.
