Based on this... (Verified Renter) Based on this maintenance call alone I am duly impressed, however the fact remains that the water heater did in fact leak, did kill my potted plants and waste water and gas that I pay for, and I was inconvenienced without any recompense.

Would not because... (Verified Renter) Would not because of parking and no waiting list for covered spots even if you?ve been here for years. Also I hate being bugged about admin things like renters insurance. Just call my insurance company when the old one expires and ask for the new one. I bet they would send it to you. I don?t like being threatened with late fees on these trivial things. The gym equipment needs to be updated or fixed. I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this community, the office is very welcoming, the maintenance staff has been professional and quick to fix the issue I had. The grounds are kept up and it is an overall comfortable place to live in.
Location location location... (Verified Renter) Location location location is why I would recommend. . But not sure what will happen with traffic in the near future with the street expansion next year. Traffic is getting bad. Wish there was a street light or reflecting paint on the road at the corner of Parmer and spectrum. Might call Austin road department.
I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the apartment not only because my furnitures fit in perfectly.... but also because it is a good layout and decent views outside my windows and patio...
It could be... (Verified Renter) It could be nicer, but its a god value for the cost and I don't feel like I'm losing anything living here. There are no major issues making me want to leave or causing me to warn others away.
