The only issues... (Verified Renter) The only issues I have are the mandatory $25/month trash service. I live near the compactor and always take out my own trash so it?s a waste of money. And the compactor/trash area is constantly overflowing with trash bags and people piling up discarded furniture. Very unsightly to have to look at every day or for friends to see when they visit.
