I think overall... (Verified Renter) I think overall the apartment community is favorable. However, there is an underlying pest problem. When I moved into my apartment I found a few dead roaches. I've seen approximately 8-10 since moving in January 2018. I even saw one in the breezeway! I appreciate that I don't see them daily but I know they are lurking in the drains etc. Now I understand why pest control comes on a regular basis to regulate the roach population.

The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff is awesome! So far it has been quite, I feel the apartment is priced well for all the space, the amenities are really good.
The prices are... (Verified Renter) The prices are unbeatable. The Ranch is in the center of everything and is easily accessible from multiple highways. The complex itself is quiet and clean. The apartments are spacious and you are given the freedom to personalize the apartment to make it home. Many complexes will not allow you the freedom The Ranch does when it comes to painting walls/cabinets.
While I am... (Verified Renter) While I am okay with the amount of noise I have to tolerate and parking situation, I know many of my friends would find it unacceptable.
