Ranch The ranch is a perfect place for young professionals. Best rent price per square feet in the area and fantastic floor plans. Parking is somewhat of a problem, but other than that amazing pool and facilities.
There are genuinely so many issues. There's is a huge roach infestation in these apartments. I've filed many complaints and they have not once done anything about it. I've filed complaints about the people with their garage who work on peoples cars all day everyday and they haven't done anything. I've tried to get them to come and fix very simple things yet they still haven't. They don't fix any of the problems here. 1. The move-in... (Verified Renter) 1. The move-in specials of 2 weeks was promised to be reflected in Feb rent. However, we didn't see it anywhere on portal. The office still hasn't bothered to respond the email for that. 2. Requested to accommodate referral bonus within 1 month of move-in as we missed to add those details in the form earlier. In the past,... (Verified Renter) In the past, I have had several very unprofessional, downright insulting conversations with office personnel. I absolutely refuse to deal directly with Connie.
Very old and poor appliances, poor maintenance I am living in the Ranch apartments for last one year. I moved in during the pandemic, so did not get chance to see apartment before moving. The apartment was in very poor condition. Appliances are very old. Appliances are technically working but not in good condition. Raised requests many times but never got them repaired or replaced. The staff never listens to the complaints. Behave very rudely. I will definitely not recommend this community.
Would not recommend Please stay away from this place. I just moved in and they have an underlying pest problem. I see tons of roaches daily even after pest control has sprayed my apartment three times within a month! The leasing person even told me of this issue AFTER I signed the lease and moved in. Also there are always people walking around in the middle of the street at all hours along with their very noisy kids. There is never anywhere to park. Apartment needs upgrade... (Verified Renter) Apartment needs upgrade - Creaking floors and outdated kitchen counter and appliances compared to newer apartments in the area. Carpets are very bad quality and easily sheds thickness.
