I like the... (Verified Renter) I like the place. There are issues management might be able to fix (parking lot safety..I'm surprised there aren't regular injuries with the kids playing in the parking lot).
The staff here... (Verified Renter) The staff here is amazing and tolerant and have been wonderful in cooperating with me after I had my baby. It was really hard to make my rent on time since I wasn't working and they were nothing short of understanding. I am so grateful to be here.
I have been... (Verified Renter) I have been happy in the year I've been here and most service appts have been handled quickly and satisfactorily (with the exception of the caulking around my tub). However, I think it's important to step up to the plate, when something is obviously not working, and correct it once for all.
It is a... (Verified Renter) It is a nice place, but hiking up rent every year for good tenants doesnt create a stable living situation
The community is... (Verified Renter) The community is decent, My only problem with maintenance has been that my AC keeps losing freon pressure. Maintenance keeps topping it up for free but doesn't actually fix the leak.
No play area... (Verified Renter) No play area for kids. No parking lots are allocated. Most of the times laundry won't work. so i am not sure to recommend or not.
The valet trash... (Verified Renter) The valet trash and convenience charges seemed like an unnecessary money grab. Having a third party in Chicago handle the utility billing also seemed like a bad budget decision that was simply passed on to the residents. Many of the families there, no matter how hard the office staff tried, would not keep their kids from creating dangerous situations for themselves and other residents.
Parking is a... (Verified Renter) Parking is a big negative & the alternatives are expensive. As a single fenale, I don't like having to walk so far later in the evening as it doesn't feel safe.
I think the... (Verified Renter) I think the community itself is fine, I just think it's too expensive for the quality of apartment especially when you compare other, newer communities that are cropping up in the area. Why pay the same price for an older community when you can move to a new place that has granite or hard flooring for only $100 more a month?
