Excellent new construction at a great location The twin buildings were originally constructed to be condos in the tysons area, so you can guess that they are built well. Nice open spaces, amazingly nice appliances and fixtures, a few different choices of cabinet, floor, and counter colors. Lots of the apartments have good access to natural light. Good place for Tysons Corner It is close to shopping centers, and metro accessible. They also have front desk concierge which is very convenient for those working a 9-5 and can't pick up a package left at their door. The staff is friendly and nice. Also 24/7 gym and basketball, awesome! The only downside is that we have to pay for parking, and the cheapest parking spot is the roof of a parking garage.
Great location and a nice place to live This apartment building is located a couple of blocks from highway 495 in Tysons Corner. Therefore, we don't hit heavy traffic. The building is new, well-kept and quiet. We have been living here for almost two months and most of the times when we have requested maintenance, they have come the same day. Great apartments Really nice apartments, conveniently located. Fairly close to multiple metro stops. Maintenance is super quick to fix things. Concierge is very helpful. No complaints so far! Staff is great.
Beautiful Apartments Full of Beautiful People The Reserves at Tysons Corner is a great apartment complex. I'm not sure why, but most of the people living here are beautiful, too! It's bizarre. Anyway, the apartment complex is managed well. They work with you if you are moving from out of state (my leasing officer sent me pictures she took from every open apartment as well as the garage, did everything through email, paid online). The strong odor... (Verified Renter) The strong odor in the hallway - either excessive curry or cigarettes...smoking in the hallway or near the vehicles in the garage, the trash pile up in the garbage chute room...residents dinging my vehicle, the horrid parking pass process. the unsecured doors to my building - no security - and constant leaving the garage door open - no security...are reasons i would not rec. this property
The introduction of... (Verified Renter) The introduction of mail lockers has been poorly handled. As a result of this change, I am no longer able to receive my packages. One of my package was turned down (even though I instructed the complex to leave it at my door) and I had to pick it up from the post office, which took 40 minutes. STAY AWAY - NOT SAFE I live in this building - Management DOES NOT take security seriously. Not enough cameras in common areas and the metal garage gate seems to always be “broken”. My wheels and tires were stolen off of my car in our “secured” garage (I have heard this happened to other residents and management did NOTHING to help or prevent it from happening again). Up until the... (Verified Renter) Up until the change in community managers, I have truly loved living at The Reserve. Under the new management, the north entrance of my building has been allowed to become an unsafe and unsightly landfill of bulk trash left from tenant turnover. This is not acceptable for the price and location of these "luxury" apartments. I attempted to contact the Community Manager regarding a previous issue of overflowing recycling dumpsters, leaving her voicemails and messages with the Leasing Staff but... read more
