Also the little things they do like Fruit Friday's , Muffin Monday's , beer tasting events ice cream socials etc definitely shows the extra care that makes it a huge plus and happy to call it my home . Great Apartment The apartment complex is really great! The maintenance is on point. The surrounding area is very safe. The gym and the amenities are well worth. The leasing office is great at communicating and getting back to us. The apartments are very nice. The layouts are great very chic. My husband and I very happy with it.
Such a quite and peace community I lived here for almost 4 months the area is wonderful you are close to the center 20 minutes away from DC . The metro is about 1.6 mile away; however, there is a chattel to take you there. There is also a plenty if coupons and discounts for the close restueants and other store. There is a Starbucks machine where you can always have your coffee or tea for free :") I would recommend for all of young and citizen since its a community with full options for both.
Great price with good amenities This apartment complex is great. It is in a great location, had a friendly staff, and is affordable for the ammenities and location you get. They have a basketball court, but the gym leaves something to be desired. Also outside parking can be tricky as cars get towed frequently. I do recomend this place to anyone looking near tysons corner, its the best bang for buck I found.
Some reservations... Cons: - Quite expensive, especially when you go month to month. - Smoking is allowed in the underground garage in the Crianza building. Staff even seem to use it as a smoking lounge! You are not allowed to park your car anywhere else. If you live in the Crianza, expect to be exposed to cigarette smoke on a regular basis. - On weekdays before 7:00, guest parking is limited to two hours.
