The location of... (Verified Renter) The location of apartment off the busy street is great. The location near the many shops is also a great feature with this apartment. The layout of garage and parking not as great but it works.

(Verified Renter) Well Giselle was very knowledgeable and courteous, she knew the apartments well and since I’m in sales as well knew exactly which feature I wanted before I even told her. It’s a smaller community so I like that. The only thing I didn’t like was the living room layouts.

Some residents have... (Verified Renter) Some residents have gotten rowdy with things being thrown or slammed in the courtyard & being loud at all hours during weekdays, hasn'??t happened in the past week or so, hopefully it won'??t get worse. So far the area & the community has been acceptable.
