Jay and Ali are fantastic realtors and people. They helped us find a great house and then assisted in selling the same house 2 1/2 yrs later very quickly. After putting the house on the market, within two weeks we had our first offer. Within a month we were under contract and within two the house was sold.

We highly recommend Jay and his team. We have bought two houses with his help over the last 5 years. When we moved to Chattanooga we did not know the area. Jay spent hours upon hours helping us locate our home. He was very patient as we change our mind often. Jay helped us negotiate a great price and help throughout the loan process to make buying a home as painless as possible. We now have a home for sale and Jay has it listed. We moved from anther state and did not know a soul in TN. Ali worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home. After viewing just a couple of homes, Ali had my style down pat. As I would walk through a home and have questions, she would pull out her iPad and start researching the answer. Ali was always available, regardless of the time of day or night. She put us in contact with local businesses, introduced us to area entertainment and treated us like friends. I highly recommend her services.

Ali Robinson is a great Realtor. She got me the house I wanted. We looked at several and once making a decision, negotiated the best price for me. The closing was in Atlanta, and Ali took me there. She spent 3 hours at the closing, with me. The first mortgage company I used, was incompetent and we had to change companies in the middle of trying to close. Ali was there for me through all the many issues that arose. I would recommend Ali Robinson to anyone. She is a GREAT person and Realtor. Gail Forbes

Pure and simple, Jay Robinson is THE MAN in Chattanooga. He has the most local knowledge, his prognostication of how things might unfold were spot on, both in selling our home and buying our new one, and he returns calls quickly.
