There really is a 'team' of experts to help you get your house ready to sell. Jay is always available to discuss showing results, etc. Our house was in a great neighborhood but just wasn't selling. Jay's team came in with fresh ideas to make it more appealing.

Suzy Lawson is awesome!! If you are shopping for a home in the Chattanooga area, I would highly recommend giving her a call. She has helped me sell two homes from listing to closing, and patiently helped my grumpy wife and me find and buy our dream home. She stuck with us through many, many, many showings over a period of two to three years, until we found THE ONE. Thank you Suzy Lawson! We love our new home and Marcia isn't nearly as grumpy anymore. (except when she doesn't get to watch WD)

Jay and Ali are fantastic realtors and people. They helped us find a great house and then assisted in selling the same house 2 1/2 yrs later very quickly. After putting the house on the market, within two weeks we had our first offer. Within a month we were under contract and within two the house was sold.

We moved from anther state and did not know a soul in TN. Ali worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home. After viewing just a couple of homes, Ali had my style down pat. As I would walk through a home and have questions, she would pull out her iPad and start researching the answer. Ali was always available, regardless of the time of day or night. She put us in contact with local businesses, introduced us to area entertainment and treated us like friends. I highly recommend her services.
