Tried to have our agent, a top tier Chattanooga agent with another Keller Williams office preview this house for both quality of build and the terrain, neither factor discernible from just pictures. She was refused by this office. We have never seen this type of behavior before in the farms or multiple properties I have purchased over the years. We live at a distance and this has saved us unnecessary travel multiple times. I would give them a zero for unprofessionalism.
Jay might have been a great real estate agent at some point, but he's a mess right now. If you try to list your house with him, his goal is to act as both buying and selling agent and this results in some sketchy behavior (initially unwilling to discuss details of listing price, commission, etc.-- just wants to show it to his own clients only). he's also "on vacation" a lot. just hope this doesn't happen during your closing. he'll also occasionally take you to a house that he doesn't have an appointment to show (or he's made... read more
