Hotel and Casino were clean and safe. I didn’t think much of the exercise room, there was green space or areas outside for relaxing and I would’ve liked a pool and hot tub. The casino did not have many machines of the game I like to play.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Staff was very helpful, kind, polite. They went out of their way to help and the room was more than we could ask for!

When the heat ran it was so noisy that it interrupted sleep. For lack of better words, it sounded like a truck. Never heard anything like that before. Other than that. I have nothing but praise

Loved the gaming resort. Friendly staff, rooms were awesome! Very clean. Amenities were nice and plentiful. Wish more of the restaurants would have been open on Sunday and Monday nights. Lots of slots . Will return for sure!

Our first night stay the AC was not working, so our room was hot. Then the next morning I noticed there was bood on our sheets, not from us. It looked like somebody cut their hand while making the bed. I felt like the casino was better, than the room.
