I absolutely love this place. Most staff is very friendly and kind. When I say most I mean all but one. I was a little worried at first, we arrived 2 hours early and I stopped at the front desk to see if there was a possibility of early check-in. The woman I asked just said no. Which I understand but she just seemed like she was in a mood. I thanked her and walked away. I came back at 4 to check-in, this time check-in was quick and easy. My twin sister and I had a wonderful time. The hotel stay was clean, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. If you want to get away for a few days I would recommend this gorgeous place.

The place was clean and nice. Staff were very helpful. Unfortunately some of the restaurants were closed and not much vegan/vegetarian options. Also the wife was very slow and TV kept crashing and was very annoying. When I tried to call reception it went to voice mail.
