Room was immaculate and the staff was very courteous and had nice smiles and was very nice. A few hotels could take a que from you guys. Room were roomy, nicely decorated and even had mirrors, and a iron.

The hotel is amazing, beautiful clean rooms and the check in is flawless. The staff is professional and very welcoming. Unfortunately for the Gaming Resort portion, not so much. The staff we encountered were rude and not at all professional. One example is when we stood at the security entrance to the Casino for about 5 minutes while the Guard talked to his friend about upcoming football games.
