One of my area rugs had a large amount of dirt and dried mud built up from my lab who has a favorite spot. I was convinced this would be permanent and prepared to accept the best effort by Rug Gallery to clean. The rug came back yesterday and to my surprise and utmost delight is spectacular. It looks like a new rug. I recommend RG for cleaning as they truly can get rid of the most stubborn of stains.

Robin Cope worked diligently to makes sure my custom rug was designed and cut to exact specifications, and provided a quote promptly, even as the winter holidays were upon us. I expected delivery to be 5-6 weeks. Instead the rug was ready in less than a month, and delivery was scheduled the following week. The installers arrived within the specific window, and were polite and responsive. I worked with Ryan Hall for a runner for my stairs. The showroom has so many options it’s a little overwhelming but he was very helpful and let me check out many samples to bring home to help me decide. Would definitely recommend!

Ryan was great to work with. I went in to purchase a rug (which I did), and based on Ryan's expertise, professionalism, and willingness to help, I returned to carpet my home. You cannot beat the quality and efficient staff. The guys that laid the carpet were terrific; they were in and out. Highly recommend.
