Robin Cope was great at showing me options for a new area rug. She understood my price limitations and did not try to sell me something out of my price range. We looked through all the options within my budget and she pulled out a couple of different rugs for different looks. I was allowed to take the rugs home to try (for a small $1 fee) and was given a few days to bring them back. All the other people I met at Rug Gallery were very friendly and helpful.
