Your crew always picks up our containers and empties them totally. They pick up and items that mayiss the truck. They are very neat.

Our service is usually flawless. The teams are friendly and respectful of maneuvering the neighborhood with kids and dogs. My one issue is during inclement weather (rain/snow), sometimes the lids are left open on the carts. I realize the driver is at the mercy of the mechanical arm, but during these infrequent occurrences, a simple flipping shut the lid would be greatly appreciated.
