I never have a problem with Rumpke. The crews always do a wonderful job. I have snack bags & waters ready every Friday for each crew member. They do hard work man!

The folks who take care of our trash are the best! We have never had an issues in 18 years. They leave everything in order and we never see loose trash on the street. They work so hard. I hope they are paid well and have good benefits. I would pay more if I knew it would go only to their compensation.

Always show up and always take away what is scheduled if different than typical pick up. Sometimes recycled bins are found everywhere--not due to wind--and every so often in the street. Otherwise, it's been a great experience.

Rumpke does a great job picking up trash and recycling. Initially we were missed by recycling after we moved in, but customer service quickly responded to have a truck come back within 24 hours, and they haven't missed us since. I greatly appreciate how the trash pickup leaves the trash can turned, so we can easily tell it is empty and ready to be hauled back up the driveway. We appreciate the hard work and dedication of the crews who help keep our community beautiful.
