The only reason... (Verified Renter) The only reason that I would not recommend teh property is due to the influx of dogs in the community - they are noisy, owners do not pick up after them, and the management is too lenient when it comes to allowing pets.

The office and... (Verified Renter) The office and maintenance crew have ALWAYS been kind and responsive to my requests. I hope they do a quarterly check on garages being used as garages and NOT storage and fine the people who are not following the rules of their lease

My only real complaint is that we ended up being stuck paying a full month of rent (and therefore utilities) that we didn't use, after we had already moved out. We didn't know when our house was going to sell and therefore when we would be able to buy our new house, so we couldn't give our notice for fear of being out of the apartment too early.
