Great location, but... (Verified Renter) Great location, but clearly the upkeep of the pool and units is a secondary concern to Simpons Group.
The community areas... (Verified Renter) The community areas are poorly maintained. Parking was poorly thought out. No loading areas for moves or drop off of large items. Poor move in cleaning and carpet cleaning. Wiring for cable and internet required additional expense for me to connect 4 areas.
Please is fantastic... (Verified Renter) Please is fantastic for what I was looking for. A bit too far south from where I want to be but for the reasons mentioned above under "The leasing professional played an important role in my decision to rent at this community" I may just end up renting there anyways. I do need to look at 4 more properties but if they are nowhere close to you wonderful staff and what appears to be a fantastic community, I will apply and return. Thank you and thank you Kristen.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment community based on this maintenance interaction. The maintenance guy was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and fixed everything so fast!
All in all,... (Verified Renter) All in all, I'm happy with the apartment and staff. I'm a little disappointed with the landscaping this year (over last year) -- too much dead grass and rock work is falling apart.

There is pride... (Verified Renter) There is pride in this community evident from the leasing associates, the grounds crew, the cleaning staff and for me, having a smoke free area is essential. Also, the garage included is very important. Living in a beautiful area with close by shopping is also appreciated.
