It is a... (Verified Renter) It is a quiet and clean community. The staff is attentive and the maintenance team is wonderful. This is a great place to live where you can feel safe with nice living conditions. The policies for transferring units is a major perk to living in this community. It is unlike any other community I have lived in. We have enjoyed our time here and believe the staff makes every effort to ensure their residents have a great place to call home.

The insulation in... (Verified Renter) The insulation in the apartment was poor. A draft of cold air could be felt in the winter coming from the electrical outlests; same with warm air in the summer. This caused temperature fluctuations from one area to another in the apartment and higher than necessary electric bill. The showers have a gutter to collect water, but it this is done it double as a culture media for microbes. This was a... (Verified Renter) This was a great temporary home while our house was being built. The grounds were maintained and the apartment was roomy.
The only problem... (Verified Renter) The only problem encountered is parking. It has been a problem since day I moved in because people use their garage as storage and take up spots that should be left
This apartment community... (Verified Renter) This apartment community is reasonably priced, but is very nice. It feels safe, friendly, professional, and high quality.
Only real issues... (Verified Renter) Only real issues I have is the lack of parking, and the constant dog poop everywhere. Doesn?t seem to matter how many notes are paced on doors....people are not picking up their dog poop!
It seemed to... (Verified Renter) It seemed to be warm & welcoming, very clean, at the time very quiet. Walking into the leasing office Kristen was more than I could have ever expected, she was the final deciding factor as to whether we would apply to rent the apartment or not. I feel she is your number one asset. She was warm, welcoming, kind, understanding, friendly & just an all around great person.
