First visit for my 3-year-old twins, and they were all smiles. The staff took their time to make sure my kids were comfortable with the cleanings and procedures. Lobby has a little separate play area which entertaned them during the short wait. They really enjoyed it, which was a pleasant surprise for me, and even got disney toothbrushes to take home. Very clean, upscale facility, great for adults and kids...looking forward to my turn!
Used to be able to make monthly payments, now all services have to be paid before rendered, wish there was a financing option.
I like all the info but appts seem to take longer than necessary. Could you set a goal to get your patients out in under 45 min?

I've been having dental check-ups and work done at the Smile Group for approximately 5 years. I moved away from the Highland Park area 2 years ago, but I've always been so pleased with the service and people at the office that I continue travel there for my dental needs. Everyone is patient, thorough, friendly, and professional. I'd definitely recommend the Smile Group to others!
