You do a great job of sending reminders about my first appointment. I wanted to complete the new patient paperwork online but I couldn't remember the password. It might be good if you included that password and a reminder in the text messages you send prior to that first appointment. Otherwise, wonderful job.
Everyone that day was very friendly and professional. Since my x-rays were not sent from my previous dentist, even though I had requested them to be sent, Kasia was sweet enough to tell me that she would follow up with a phone call so that I would not have to. The entire staff is wonderful.
First time saw hygienist Nikki. She is great.
I'm so lucky to have found a dentist who takes a personal interest in my health. I highly recommend Dr. Asadi to anyone who is seeking a great dentist. His staff is polite and knowledgeable of each patient's needs that walks into their establishment. I'm appreciate of their services and because of them, I'm able to smile!
