perhaps the best in customer service is the SMILE group - they take customer / patient care seriously...I do not know of any medically related group that can compare.

I think for children the dentist should come out to the waiting room and inform about the situation, not just the hygenist. Dr. Fisher is the only dentist who has done this (when she sees my kids), and it's probably because I have seen her myself so many times. I have 3 children and we have been coming for 2 years or so and I have yet to meet Dr. Asadi.

I can't remember her name but she did such a excellent JOB.I also felt very comfortable with the doctor. I felt very comfortable and felt like I have been knowing everyone for years! Adrienne and the other girl took very good care of me. This place is awesome thus far!!
