I was called promptly upon my arrival. As always the staff was wonderful and my care was excellent. The people in the office were polite and kind.
They made me feel like I was special. The place is so clean and the staff is great. I had to have teeth cleaned and pulled and soon will be fitted for dentures
If I had to rate the billing/front desk it would be 2 stars simply for the fact that a procedure that cost well over $1000 for me out of pocket was never put through my insurance which I had found out two days before my procedure when they called to tell me how much I would need and quoted $1700 more than I initially was told. I also felt like I had been threatened when I was told I had an outstanding balance which came from a mishap in their billing department and wouldn't be able to get the procedure I took off from work... read more
My client Yvette, had a wonderful experience on 3/5/2025 with Dr Jacob Jordanson. She was very nervous her procedure. Not only were they punctual, they were very professional and caring. They took the time to put her at ease. Dr Jordanson is very professional abd knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

I have EXTREME anxiety around even the simplest dental procedures, and everyone at The Smilist put me right at ease. Sarah, the hygienist, was patient and gentle and distracted me from my nerves.

I was there for a cleaning with Sarah the Hygienist and she was absolutely amazing and very professionally and also her assistant Maria who was assist her. While I was there I also had X-rays done with Trish, who explained ever thing she was going to do before she did it. I would highly recommend this place for any Dental work needed.

My 5 stars are based exclusively on the incredible hard working staff in the back, the hygienist and dentists and X-ray and all of their incredible work. I would like to say that Wendy the dental hygienist is fabulous . I had a Scaling deep root cleaning & she didn't hurt me . The office is immaculate the place has state of the art new dental equipment . They are very kind, compassionate and I would recommend the Smilist Dentist to anyone who needs a great dental practice to go to . The young lady at the desk Kim is also very nice & professional their is no waiting they don't overbook & do not rush you out the door . This is the most amazing dental practice I've ever visited! Instead of being assigned a dentist (unless you have complex dental work that needs to be done), you are assigned a dental hygienist! Mine was Jackie. First, because I was a new patient, she carefully X-rayed my teeth, which came up on a huge screen and in color on a smaller screen. Then she thoroughly cleaned my teeth.
