I was switched to the office because the Garnett Valley closed. I hate it there. There are not friendly at ALL. At Garnett Valley they were very pleasant. I have been calling the office for this past week, leaving several message with no response. I'm NEVER going back.

Do not go to this dentist. Hours have changed and will not accommodate any needs. Office staff is rude and unpleasant. Dentists seem to try and find problems that other dentists in the same office dont see or think are problems. Have been dealing with a root canal and crown since June b/c the dentist went on vacation and didn't finish the root canal. On antibiotics 2 times b/c no other dentist in office would see me. Had to give 12 shots of numbing for the root canal. Now due to 8-4 hours with no accommodations and they drag... read more
A bunch of quacks if you ask me. I have to pay another dentist $1200 to replace the cavity they put in. I called to see what they could do and the secretary laughed in my face. She said "it's been 2 years what do you expect?" well honey, I expect a dentist to do their job and not need to upkeep it. I really hope every dentist gets their license taken away and that that secretary looses her job.
I had a traumatic experience at this office, I came looking for dental health and ended up with irreversible damage. It all started with pain in one single tooth that was crooked. I visited the specialists here Periodontist and Endodontist. They told me that my tooth was fine and that they didn't see an issue and no one could tell me why the pain was happening. I just completed the most horrific and disgusting experience I ever had at a dentist in over 40 years. I will never go back. I can't even begin to explain. My medical history was taken in front of other patients. My dental cleaning happens in front of other patients. my dental cleaning was 6 to 7 minutes, which hasn't happened in my life. Beware they will attempt to upcharge your visit with services that they know are not covered under your insurance!!
I started a denture procedure at this office in October 2022. The office cancelled and rescheduled my appointment over 3 times. The dentures came in finally in late January and did not fit. They scheduled me with a specialist - Prosthodontist. The earliest appointment was April 22, 2023. After this extensive long wait, The Dentist at Brinton Lake cancelled again today, April 20th. MOST UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE I HAVE BEEN TO. I had a consultation for wisdom teeth extraction last march. I told them I had already been referred by a dentist, as well as another oral surgeon, and sent over recent x-rays as per request. They took new x-rays and charged me for these as well as $200 for meeting with the oral surgeon for five minutes to discuss the procedure I had already been briefed on. Between getting a false diagnosis to going back several times and not getting any consistent answers, to charging me for a mouth guard that was supposed to "fix" the problem that did not because the diagnosis was wrong, I am no longer going to be going here.
