We are leaving this practice after 7-8 years. It used to be a very good group of dentists. The office was professionally run, every person had a dentist that they saw on a regular basis, the technician was the same at every visit. People knew your name and there was consistency across the care of one's teeth. That has all changed. There are a number of new dentists, all seemingly right out of school. Bad experience Lack of oversight by management of dental staff.Now in the process of losing a tooth because they hired a dentist that wasn't careful. Switched to another dentist on staff and experienced them having a personal conversation with her technician while treating me. A family member left practice because hygienist was rough and didn't care. Be wary and pick you dentist carefully if you go here.

Incapable, disorganized personnel, rude manager Beckie using offensive language and lying. Dr. Goldenberg is the most incompetent dentist I've ever met. He misdiagnosed me, leaving my teeth in terrible, unrepairable condition forever. He arranged a loan through Synchrony Bank, that made him richer for unnecessary procedures. The amounts paid to this bank are undisputable. Terrible experience, stay away

A few issues... 1. I had a dentist spend about 2 minutes looking at my teeth after the cleaning and say everything looks fine, only to have the assistant ask if three spots were cavities to which he said yes set yourself up with an appt... 2. One of those cavity fillings was extremely painful. I had to return two times before they replaced it. After the replacement filling, it was still painful. Do not go here if you value your time. I waited over an hour one time. I decided to give them a second chance and my dentist called out sick 30 minutes before my appointment (Sansariq). I finally broke down and decided to give them a 3rd chance, but when I called asked to switch dentists, explaining my previous negative experience. After waiting for 20 minutes, they came out to say it would take several minutes longer. I told them to forget it and give my time to the next sorry patient in line. Horrible. Had a permanent crown put in by the female doctor, Sansaricq and fell out a day later. She refused to fill a cavity because it wasn't going to give her enough cash. She was fake nice at my consultation but when i agreed on the work she soon became rude and very sloppy when doing the root canal and crown. She was also working on another patient while working on me. I wonder if she even changed her gloves. I believe i had a unneeded root canal done because that is what she pushed and get the most cash on. BEWARE!
