I'm a new patient and had my first appointment for a cleaning. Everyone I came in to contact with, from reception to check out, was super nice and friendly which is a major plus for me. I've had a hard time finding a dentist in the area that I liked- mainly because of rude staff and lack of professionalism. Dr. Bunin is a GENIUS...I trust him completely. I have known him since 2001 and wouldn't dream of going to another dentist. He is completely thorough in his evaluations and his work is top notch!

I was in extreme pain from two wisdom teeth that decided to move at the same time. I had know about the problem with my wisdom teeth needing to come out for a while but never had the money or a good insurance company so I pushed it off since I was not in pain! My insurance never let me have an appointment and a procedure separate. it was one appointment ever 6 months and thats it. This does not work with wisdom teeth because its a two step process. This office used to be called KWH before the name changed to Simply Beautiful Smiles. I feel like they are the most thorough dentist's office I've ever been to. They thoroughly inspect your jaw, neck, tongue, cheeks, gums, etc in addition to teeth. They measure your gums annually to see if there are any changes in swelling, to pinpoint where extra brushing is needed. I went in for a problem tooth and was told I need several other things done. I understand if there are other problems but I went in for a tooth ache and they tell me I need a root canal but want to schedule me for many other things before the root canal. I would think they would take care of the problem first. My teeth are horrible and I haven't had good experiences with dentists and I heard they were pretty good. I was very aggravated. I've been going there since my son was three years old. They schedule me for an appointment. I expect it to be at that time. They didn't take me till 25 minutes later so I spoke up to the receptionist & asked what's going on & of course she didn't know then they finally take my son back and I'm at that point where I am upset & aggravated because if we were late, it would've been a different story, but they didn't even apologize & warn me that they were delayed because they had an emergency, yes that ha... read more

If I could give less stars, I would. This office is a complete disgrace. They have their dentist drill the tooth and have the assistant finish the work , which left me with a complete uneven tooth and extreme pain. I had to return to the office multiple times then after 3+ weeks was told that they don't do emergency visits which pretty much every Dentist Office offers. I only recommend going to this dentist if you are looking for someone who is not going to listen to you and do whatever they want. The best part is you get the bill you told them you did not want to have to pay over a year later. I would strongly recommend you look for another dentist.

Terrible terrible experience. Don't ever go here. If I could give a 0, would. Terrible customer service. Just a money factory. Don't put patient needs first.
