The Good: Receptionist is wonderful, as was hygienist. The Bad: Unprompted, the doctor told me how her patients spend much more $$ per person than my old dentist, so she doesn't need to see as many patients per day. Suddenly, I had lots of dental issues that somehow didn't exist 6 months ago, including needing a crown. I was left In pain for over a week because Dr.Prishon was in to much of a hurry to leave at the end of the day she didn't want to continue working on removing a tooth. Also every time I would go I was told something else major was wrong so I decided to get another opinion after being told this too many times and glad I did!! I did not need the work they were telling me that was going to cost so much money! Went here after my dentist retired. I Was told I had 8 cavities even though i was at the dentist 6 months ago with no problems. They called my previous dentist sloppy and wanted to fill my cavities right then and there. They also told me I had a problem with my gums, that again, they wanted to fix right then and there. I went back to my previous dentist office to see another doctor where I took my paperwork from here only to find out I had one cavity. Seems like they try to take advantage of people.

I had a terrible time getting a reimbursement for work that was done. I had to pay up front and then, once the insurance claims were processed, was told I would receive a reimbursement for what insurance covered. It took almost 6 months and was a significant amount of money. I would give 0 stars if I could. I have a broken tooth, came in today to be seen... the girl took an X-ray and then complained it's her lunch hour and my appointment is spilling into it. I did not feel welcomed or that my tooth was a priority. Needless to say, the dentist told me that the office shouldn't have scheduled me this time and I will have to come back another day to get my tooth fixed...... I WILL NEVER GO BACK! My appointment was not horrific but my experience with the regional manager there was. I don't know anyone in this office but I could tell you who this manager doesn't like by how loudly she bashed them. That made the whole experience just awkward and bizarre. How can I trust that my health is in good hands when the person in the front is bad mouthing the personnel there? They are unfriendly and the dentist are rough while they work on your mouth. I went there 3 times and always a bad experience. I got a new dentist. Also, they charge 12.00 for Covid related materials which my new dentist does not charge. I highly recommend you find another dentist!

I had a horrible experience with Simply Beautiful Smiles of Langhorne, PA. First, a surgeon in the Hamilton office of Simply Beautiful Smiles could not complete the dental implant procedure. Then, the owner convinced me to switch to the Langhorne office because their staff was more practiced in dental implants. Not true. After several months of driving from NJ to PA, Simply Beautiful Smiles of Langhorne was simply not up to the dental implant task. I switched to another dental group who gave me back my smile in a few weeks.

Came in for a routine check up and all of a sudden All my teeth fell out jk I hate them because they treat their employees like trash.
