Had a cleaning done by the Dental Hygenist Melissa in Smithtown, and she was very informative and did a very thorough job cleaning. I need to floss more! I had my cavities addressed by Dr. Perrino she also did a great job walking me through her procedure and tried her best to make it a good experience. Which she did. I'll be returning to see Dr. Perrino for her gentle but precise touch. As far as billing goes, I'll get back to you when I receive anything. Good experience.

So far so good my son and I are both patients here. I saw Dr. Sullivan and he saw Dr. Anand. Roberta cleaned my teeth so clean that 1 am a week in and they still feel like I just left the office. She is so sweet and has such great "chair side manner" lol! Hope to have many good years here. Front desk staff was very pleasant as well.

I've been a patient here for years, and I have to say that ROBERTA is the BEST!! She is the nicest and most gentle hygienist I've ever seen! I would go to any practice she is with, I hope she stays here!! Definitely ask for her!!
LOVE Dr. Weinreb! She's been my dentist since childhood, and I'd follow her anywhere. She's honest and is excellent at her craft.

Dr. Weinreb is the best!!! She will put even the most nervous patient at ease. I will never go to anyone else. Def recommend.

Cannot thank Dr. Culpepper more enough for making me have a perfect smile. Throughout my life I have had difficulties with my teeth because 2 of my front teeth never grew in. I have seen many dentists/ oral surgeons etc. and Have gone to many different offices around Long Island to have implants placed in the missing teeth but Dr. Culpepper is the only one that I trust, and was able to give me a great smile. Dr. Weinreb has been my dentist for a few years now. I like her so much that I continue to return, even after moving away from the area. Upon coming to her, I realized my past dentists truly sucked.
Pleasant, professional and friendly staff. Dentists are friendly and most often on schedule- I've been going there for years and very rarely wait more than 5 minutes. Office is clean and well-managed, with plenty of parking.

Update, I called corporate again since I needed some closeout things resolved. This time, finally, a direct message was sent to the Regional Manager, Ashley. I wonder why and who, probably from the RVC office, was preventing my requests from reaching her. In any event, Ashley contacted me and couldn't be nicer and more professional. I informed her of both the negative and positive experiences with the RVC office. She was pleasant to deal with and resolved my situation.
