I recently visited the complex and found it to be a wonderful experience. I am looking to move into the Eugene area and was referred to Uncommon Eugene. When arrived to the complex I was warmly welcomed by Stefanie, one of their staff members. She was incredibly professional, pleasant and took her time answering all of my questions with a great smile. The service she offered might be enough to get me to choose this property.
Living at Uncommon has been seriously awesome! Aside from having an apartment and roommates that I love, the staff always seems to provide a warm atmosphere that makes me happy to walk into the lobby even on a rough day :)
