Andrew at the McKinney shop is a keeper. He explained thoroughly what was wrong with our trucks transmission and what it would take to fix it. He was very pleasant and professional on the phone, excellent customer service. Our truck runs great and no more leaks!

Found their site when our transmission went out 150 miles away from home. We limped the truck home and took it in the next day. Andrew took care of us right away. We had to have the transmission rebuilt. They did the work and had the truck back to us in 2 days. Great communication the entire time. If you need any transmission work done, this is the place to go! Thanks again!!

I had a leaking tail housing seal and bad bushing. Alan got me in quickly and out the same day, no more leaking. Cost was very reasonable.

Alan Aday at the McKinney location of The Transmission Shop was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The transmission in my 2007 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor is performing flawlessly now. Their 3 year 30,000 mile warranty is a big plus for my peace of mind.

I've worked with the The Transmission Shop in McKinney (Alan) twice over the past 6 months and both experiences have been favorable. I feel they shoot straight and are focused on earning your loyalty long term. Not only have they provided transmission services to my SUV, but they have also don't general engine work.

We took our motor home to The Transmission Shop in Mckinney for transmission repair. They were very assuring that they could get the parts with no problem and fix it. We never once felt like they were ripping us off. They maintained contact with us the whole time and were very upfront about the cost. They had our motor home fixed and ready to go within four days. I would definitely take any of my vehicles to them for repair and I highly recommend them to others.

I had one of the best customer service from time I got on the phone with Alan the shop manager then got to know shop owners and from the mechanic team who worked on my transmission. Couple of month has gone now and no problems at all. I score the shop 10 out of ten. for quality of work and excellent service. Thank you much keep up the good work
