The communication was great. I thought the cost was in line with the work that was done. A 3 year 36 month warrantee means I have piece of mind for the next 3 years, at a minimum. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. The only thing I would change would be: Provide free towing if the transmission needed to be serviced during the warrantee period.
