Had a blast and cuddos to Will who rembered us from check in to check out he himself is the definition of hospitality!! No employee communication and lack of empathy !! I would of scored this property a 10/10 but we had so many issues with check in and absolutely no communication within the front desk representatives. We were not booked into right room , when I called same day to confirm correct room.
