Tolles Strandhotel in guter Lage Im Moment ist eine große Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel, hat uns aber lärmtechnisch nicht wirklich gestört. Was jedoch gestört hat, waren die hellhörigsten Zimmer, die ich je erlebt habe. Wenn am Gang jemand vorbeiging und sich normal unterhielt, glaubte man sie stehen direkt im Zimmer. Habitación con "vista al mar", sin poder ver el mar por la suciedad de la ventana Reservé una habitación con vista al mar para mi cumpleaños, cuando me la entregaron lo primero que veo es que la ventana está extremadamente sucia, por lo cual no había vista al mar. Bajo a la recepción a hacer el reclamo y me salen con una excusa de que hay una construcción al lado. Friendly staff but a bit of a let down over all. There were 2 days that the hot water was off and at best was tepid. On one of the days we returned after a long exploration of Old San Juan there was no water at all for a few hours. We had an ocean view room but the windows were so dirty that we couldn't really see much. The best times at the hotel for us were in the morning before the music in the bar area got loud.
