Verified Renter For the most part things run very smoothly here at Lake Lily. The best part are the people that come and take the garbage and the maintenance workers who fix things in the apt. are terrific. They are very friendly and hardworking. The groundkeepers are also very good and the personal who work in the office are friendly and hard working. Over all, so far it's been a good experience.
