Nurses need to be more attentive when the patient is in pain. Especially the night nurses.

Disappointing experience with staff, food quality, and facility upkeep ★☆☆☆☆My recent stay at The Villages at Southern Hills was highly disappointing, particularly when compared to the excellent care and standard of service I previously received at Hillcrest Hospital South.Staff Responsiveness & Attitude: The staff's performance was incredibly inconsistent. There was only two nurses that knew what they were supposed to be doing. In my opinion, the nurses aides, most of your employees, need to know more about the patients. Felt like it was a poorly ran operation and would not refer anyone to the rehab facility.

A personable transporter needs to be hired…this is an important position which is the facilities first impression. The facility is very understaffed, specifically the CNAs. Patients press their call buttons and routinely wait for help approximately 30-45 minutes. Bugs found in the patient bathroom, even crawling on the toilet.
