Staff was nice and very helpful. They comfort our loved on during a confusing situation. Staff members also called and kept us informed about any updates.

Quite attentive staff for the most part They do get over whelmed at times,but is going to be normal
After a rough start, things have been great. My Aunt is doing well and is improving day by day. Thank you to the whole staff for their hard work.

Its only our 2nd day...my mother n law loves it..so clean everybodys so kind... u know the first night anywhere is gettin her meds ready that took awhile the med lady did great... we went to the lil outside garden area she loved that and hopefully we will feel up to going to the gospel singing tonight.. so far we and the family are happy...thanks

The employees are nice. But when it comes to answering call lights it's like there's not enough people. I'm in room 509 and I think it would be better for someone who can at least ask what's wrong it's just waiting for someone to answer the call light.
Facility very clean everyone very kind and caring. The food was great. Rehab staff and Doctor was really great.

Was a great beginning..my partner had some problems her first night and everyone jumped to her aid...she is all comfortable and thriving now and we are very happy with our choice of the Villages for her rehab.
