[name removed] and [name removed] have been great in communication, pleasant, helpful and compassionate. The facility and his room were clean and neat. He seems happy and that's the main thing and all that matters to me!
[name removed] was great, very knowledgeable, help with my answers, had a lunch is was good, the apartment I picked looks nice.

I choose the Woodmark because it was clean, the furniture wasn't ripped and the place didn't smell like urine, however they need to hirer more help and not have them multitask their jobs for better resident care!

Nice, convenient location. Tour was short and sweet. Answered all questions and I left w freshly baked, warm scones - a nice touch.

I wrote a review the same day I took the tour but I did not put in two other points that are very important to me. 1. I really appreciated the wonderfully well lit hallways. I have some problems with my sight and I can see so very clearly there. 2. The variety of activities available. I love being around people and the whole atmosphere of the place is very pleasing to me.
