1. A little under what she expected 2. Pretty clean some areas net a little up dated The cleaning service keeps loosing some of her wash rag scrubbies 3. Everyone is friendly. Some of the staff hard to understand and to communicate with them 4. As of right now no care needed 5.Administration I don't have to much contact 6. Well... Their move in packet is incomplete, doesn't explain use of emergency buttons or have after hours info, including door code. They rarely answer the main phone, you get a message to another vm or enter first 3 initials for directory which hasn't been updated in an unknown time. Our LO needed help the second Friday and no one answered life alert call button, my husband and EMT's arrived before an aid arrived.
