Verified Renter The on-site building Management has attempted to do their best to resolve this issue. Additionally , the Immediate maintenance staff in-house can NOT fix this leak. What needs to be done is beyond their scope. It appears the Upper Maintenance company that sources larger projects need to find the necessary plumbers to handle this ongoing water leak creating continued damage to the space I lease.

Verified Renter For the first time in five years I can only say that the maintenance team is great, but the overall cleanliness of the building has gone downhill.

Verified Renter Good heat. Good utilities package. Clean, decently sized apartment. Affordable for a one bedroom and great location. Very convenient for grocery shopping and transportation. Otherwise, it was 2020-2021 so generally not a great year for most people.

Leasing Manager is very rude The leasing people are very Rude in this Apartment . Previous leasing lady was very good. The new leasing management is very rude. My bike in bike room got stolen . They leasing guy yelled at me saying its not my problem.
Lower Your Expectations The maintenance team is the best part of the staff here, always prompt & efficient. Homeless people sleep in the lobby and management was unconcerned with the issue. Door staff is rarely there during scheduled hours, allowing solicitors. Water is rusty, be sure to run it a few minutes before showering or doing dishes. Be sure to budget in at least a 10% increase to your rent if you anticipate renewing your lease after a year. Management changes frequently & gets worse with each change.
Be prepared to wait 45 min - 60 min to get the packages I love this building. It is close to Dominics( now Mariano's), near Foster beach and has express buses running outside the apartment. I have stayed in the building for close to 2 years now. I have enjoyed staying in this apartment but now since new building manager - Jack has come my experience has been unpleasant one.
