Verified Renter Although this is in a good location with good transportation and lake access, TLC needs to put more effort into the renovation and updating of their properties. The Wyndham has only had one working elevator for over four months, with zero updates on fixing the second one. There are 13 floors and many residents! It's not super cheap either if you live alone, and the dryers and washers are broken every month. There is only one dryer I've been able to use consistently since moving here 8 months ago... Verified Renter My experience was not what I expected at all. I lived at two locations and both had the same issues by allowing strangers to roam the apartment, broken down elevators, and broken washers and dryers that we still have to pay for and do not even work! The amount you force people to pay, but do not even keep your apartments to the same standard is inexcusable. Again you have so much potential, but it’s like you do not care about the people that live there and only care about them funding your pockets.

Roach motel They prey on people who are from out of town and cant confirm the dirty building with roaches and terrible management, never believe anything Rob (building manager) says

Infested with roaches. This building is infested with roaches. It’s an old, worn down building that is in desperate need of MAJOR repairs. The dryers never work, elevator is out half the time, and it has major plumbing issues. Management and maintenance are very quick on requests so it earns another star. This place is not what it seems. Have caution when touring, I wish I did.

Verified Renter One big positive of staying here is that you won't feel alone during your Gym workouts! Since past 4 years, the building security seems to have collaborated with a homeless guy to sleep in the Gym at Night (During winters) and during daytime (hot summers afternoons). You are not likely to find such years-long dedicated service elsewhere! :-D

Verified Renter I really like this building and my apartment. One thing though, for a long time some of the washing machines didn't spin the water out of the clothes, so they came out soaking wet I tried to tape notices to the broken washers but usually it was a waste of money. I must have wasted at least $20.00 on them. It would only be fair to reimburse me.

Prices aren’t as advertised If you message them regarding a specific unit they will tell you it’s substantially more than what it says.
