Verified Renter Good location by park, by shopping, by buses. Great package delivery service, no lost or stolen packages. Quiet place with thick walls. Nice neighbors and neighborhood. In building staff helpful. Elevator. Good value for rent.

Verified Renter I have lived here for a while now. I really dont see anything else out there that gives me everything I have for the price. Doorman on weekends! (we love her). Buses and trains right outside my door. Marianos across the street and the beach is a five minute walk.

Verified Renter The management and maintenance team are awesome!!! Very professional, excellent customer service and have always answered any questions I have. The community is beautiful (amazing lake and city views!) with gorgeous architecture. The location couldn't be better! Mariano's, the beach and park are across the street. Verified Renter I love living here at the Wyndham! I have been here many years and love the Vintage Style building (thick walls very quiet) as well as the prime location. I am minutes from the beach and downtown and have the Marianos across the street. Management and maintenance are wonderful! highly recommend it!
