This would NOT have closed without Thecia's hard work! This closing occurred during an extremely difficult time (COVID Quarantine) and the buyers had some challenges. We learned on the day of closing that one buyer got a new job and the other was laid-off. Thecia quickly came up with a solution and pushed it through the closing department for the second time and made sure they were able to still buy their dream home! Everyone was incredibly happy.
