So I original started working with a different lender who one day call me at work and stated that my credit score has dropped n that I would no longer be closing on the date that was originally set I was devastated i was very upset i didn't know what to do. so my realtor Lorena G, told me that she had a lender that we can work with, so I agreed to work with vandyk mortgage. man let me tell you, I wish we had started this whole process with vandyk mortgage. Thecia was fenomenal. When we started to negotiate I fought she was working to get in a community that I didn’t not want initially. Then, I called her to ask and she said “ I am going to put you and your husband in Silverwood States”. My husband and I drove to place to check it out and I almost had a heart attack.
