My client has an extremely busy schedule which can be somewhat of an obstacle when dealing lenders that have regular business hours. Thecia, Lisa and her team were there for my client early in the morning, late at night and even on the weekends. It really made the process as seamless as it could be. We had a 1 week delay on the seller side and Thecia and team were still able to close on time! This is not the first time I've used Thecia and her team has always been consistent!
