RecommendedI’m relatively new to the amazing vet clinic but so far it’s the best I have been to over the years! Lost one of my fur babies today and they were absolutely amazing and companionate, especially Dr Stencel! What really stood out to me is that I tried to give my credit card when I arrived and they said “Please don’t worry about that now. Take this time to grieve and when he is gone, you can just leave and we will worry about billing later”. RecommendedI can not express how great full I am to all the staff that have helped us threw a very difficult and challenging time with my dog Rocky. They have taken the time to speak to us and comfort us. They never ever rush us. We have challenges and difficult decisions ahead of us and I am so great full to know the staff will be there when needed.

RecommendedWe followed our veterinarian when she joined the staff at Thiensville-Mequon Small Animal Clinic. I always rave about Dr. Smolinski and how amazing she is with our dogs. Our one dog is a special sort of freight train... she comes in and just explodes. She loves every minute of being at the vet. (She only comes to play with Dr. Smolinski...) RecommendedOur pets have been patients of the T-M Small Animal Clinic since we moved to Mequon in 1994. They have always been treated with kindness and compassion and we have had no complaints. Sadly, our last pet, a St Bernard, and her companion, an Irish Wolfhound passed on 3-5 years ago. We are starting over with a new three some and never discussed going elsewhere. Dr Tim was very gentle with our cat , Lacy. And also with our new bulldog rescue, Opal. We had many questions that he answered. Very good experience
