The wonderful people at TJH have made it possible to take legal action against GM. Five years ago, I watched as my husband's car inexplicably left the road. The crash was surreal. In the beginning of our case, the firm contacted us by phone or e-mail, every week. Then when I'd call I didn't get returned calls. It seemed like they changed our contacts once a month. Then when GM turned down our claim in May, no one told us. Melanie Mosley told me she just found out in late June. I'd like to write Mary Bara CEO of GM myself, since she wrote me, to say how disappointed I was in GM after the letter she wrote, I thought she really wanted to do right.
