The staff has been very professional and polite. I have had a couple of situations where communication could be better and I had to call just to be updated on my two cases. But that is the only complaint I have.
The attorneys were always available, great results.
I've had a wonderful experience with them! They always keep me updated & keep in contact. Also the staff is wonderful!
I have trouble with the paralegals returning my phone calls, which really upsets me. I even had one tell me that she dropped the ball concerning a certain situation. I am not at all happy about this! Also, I never hear from my attorney (or even met him) on what's going on with my case.
