I was prompted often when I did not understand the paperwork and how essential it was to ensuring success. Your phone staff were great at doing that, and were clear with instructions. I did not receive or missed several deadlines - if the deadlines could be very clear up front I wouldn't have been pressured to gather information in so little time.
